I've been tiding up my studio and have decided to sell my remaining "vintage" baskets... these aren't antiques, but baskets that I made years ago...
I had to give up my basketmaking because of CTS and arthritis...years of production weaving...and okay...age...have taken their toll. I no longer have the strength and dexterity to produce the quality baskets I once did...
My baskets are handwoven with natural and hand-dyed rattan Handles are hardwood...Hickory or Oak
They are finished with a natural black walnut dye and oiled with Danish oil
Each is numbered, signed and dated
I was known for my quality craftsmanship and eclectic use of color...
I have discounted the prices from what they originally sold for in the galleries and art shows...
I know they'll find a great home...
