RETURN POLICY

Please review your shipment promptly for irregularities.
If your package is received damaged, save the carton and notify the carrier concerning the damage.
All claims must be made by email or phone within 5 days of receipt of the shipment.
A full credit (including shipping charge) or exchange will be made if item is defective or we made an error in shipping or order processing.
Merchandise must be in original packaging and in saleable condition.
You must contact us within 30 days of original sale date.
A return authorization number must be obtained prior to returning merchandise and must be included with your return. Returns must be received by us within 30 days of authorization.
We do not give credit on shipping charges, unless an error was made on our part.
Sorry…Books, Patterns (Monk’s Cloth, Linen and Paper) and Kits and Cutterheads are not returnable.
